The mission of Mental Millennials is to empower children and families living with autism and other developmental disabilities and the clinicians that service them. It is the vision of Mental Millennials to produce competent clinicians that will help to move the field in the right direction.
Mental Millennials was created in 2022 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts from the Bronx, NY. Sashauna Taylor and Sidney Bellamy met while working together in a school for children with autism in the South Bronx of New York. They have been dedicated to delivering quality and ethical Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy services ever since.

Since their start, they have reached communities across the Stamford and Bridgeport areas of Connecticut, the Baltimore and Greenbelt area of Maryland, and the Bronx County of New York. Through lessons learned, Sashauna and Sidney pride themselves in creating opportunities in spaces where they do not exist and advocating for meaningful clinical experiences as they practice.
Hi! My name is Sashauna. I currently hold a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. I embarked on this journey in 2017 and obtained my Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst in December 2021. I have always had a passion for working with children and simply helping people overall. I have received really great supervision and not so good supervision. Throughout my journey I have been exposed to different styles when working with children with Autism. I have also discovered the type of supervisor I want to be. My goal is to provide the kind of supervision and experience that I wanted throughout the entire process. Also my goal is to help my clients and future clinicians THRIVE. Welcome to our Journey together!
I became board certified as a Behavior Analyst in February 2020. My pathway to certification was no walk in the park. I bobbed and weaved and was even grazed a few times! Being a life-long learner or “forever student” has taught me that not all experience is “good” experience, all therapy is not “quality” and all training is not “practical”. Whether you’re seeking consultation or supervision, my aim is to give you the tips and tricks to be successful working with children from a behavior conscious therapeutic lens. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with a child and family concentration and am currently pursuing licensure as a school psychologist in New York State. We look forward to connecting with you!
